Employer Information
All Florida Staffing, Inc. is excited you have decided to utilize our services. We will need to get a Service Agreement filled out from you prior to ordering the employees you need. Please print the Service Agreement, fill it out, and fax it to us, or you may call our job placement specialist, and we will be happy to take your information over the phone. Details of the employees needed and job information can be taken online through the Work Order as well as over the phone, whichever is most convenient for you.
For your convenience Weekly Time Sheets will be filled out for you and sent out to the job site each week. In the event a Weekly Time Sheet is misplaced or another is needed, please feel free to download the Weekly Time Sheet below. If you have questions regarding the Weekly Time Sheets or payroll, please contact our Human Resource Dept.
